COMMISSION CHARGES

LITIGATION FEE TABLE

Commission is only charged on recovery with a minimum fee of £50.00 plus VAT. If our letter before action or dispute resolution does not result in a payment and you decide not to pursue using our litigation services our minimum fee will apply.

Litigation Charges
We provide a fixed fee litigation service for non-defended cases. Some of these costs are recoverable from the debtor on collection. Please see table opposite.

In the event that the claim is defended we will provide you with a Solicitor or Litigation Executive to deal with your claim at the prevailing rates.
